Michael R. Luchsinger

Associate

Michael graduated from The John Marshall Law School in January of 2013 with the goal of becoming an accomplished trial lawyer. His first job helped him take a step toward that goal as he gained significant experience prosecuting claims on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs at the pleading, discovery, and trial stages of litigation.

Following his work as an advocate for plaintiffs, Michael began working in what he always knew was his passion, civil defense litigation. He worked at an insurance defense firm in Chicago as the sole handling attorney on 40 to 50 matters at a time.  In doing so, he gained significant experience representing defendants in automobile, construction, and premises liability claims.  In Michael’s three plus years of experience, he has taken several trials to verdict in the Circuit Court of Cook County as well as arbitrated countless matters through the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration system.
