Charles R. Vogt

Prior to joining Patton & Ryan, Charles worked at a mid-size law firm where he gained significant experience handling product liability, construction, and transportation lawsuits. He has successfully litigated disputes involving allegations of breach of warranties, design defect, failure to warn claims, indemnification, cargo loss, and spoliation of evidence.

At Patton & Ryan, Charles defends individuals, manufacturers, and other entities in products liability, construction, healthcare, transportation, and commercial matters.

Charles attended Washington University School of Law. There he competed in the Wiley Rutledge Intramural Moot Court Competition, and he was a member of the law school’s National Moot Court Team. In addition, Charles served as a Senior Editor for the Washington University Law Review.
