Grace Pierce is an associate attorney at Patton & Ryan and a graduate of Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Prior to graduation, she interned at Legal Aid Chicago in the Children and Families Practice Group, primarily representing victims of domestic violence. She also worked as a research assistant, focusing on alternative courts and the disparate negative impact of the juvenile justice system on girls of color. She spent her first summer of law school in Accra, Ghana working as a law clerk for the Ghana Supreme Court, drafting research memos and court opinions.
Grace is dedicated to passionate advocacy, warm professionalism, and clear communication. She served as the President of the Advocates for Public Interest Law and Communications Chair for the Trial Advocacy Executive Board at Pepperdine. She received the Straus Certificate for Dispute Resolution, which included experiential courses in mediation, negotiation, and arbitration. Grace brings a background in legal research, courtroom experience, and a strong desire to help clients tell their stories.
