Zachary D. Fletcher

Associate

Zack Fletcher is a civil litigation and trial attorney with an undergraduate degree concentrated in actuarial science.  While in law school, Zack was a law clerk and 711 Associate with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.  Before becoming fully licensed to practice law in Illinois, he gained courtroom and trial experience handling felony cases from Chicago’s north side under the guidance and supervision of an Assistant State’s Attorney.

Prior to joining Patton & Ryan, Zack gained significant trial experience defending clients in dozens of first-chair trials and arbitration hearings, in Cook County and the surrounding counties.  As a plaintiff’s attorney, Zack successfully argued at the appellate level for reinstatement of Social Security benefits on behalf of a disabled client, who was ultimately awarded a lump-sum of past-due disability benefits.  Zack has successfully argued for summary judgment on behalf of clients, recently securing the dismissal of a case where a severely injured and disfigured plaintiff rejected a previous 6-figure settlement offer.
