Anthony (Tony) W. Parker


Tony Parker is an associate at Patton & Ryan. His primary practice areas include construction litigation, premises liability, transportation law, medical malpractice and commercial litigation.   Tony has experience litigating and preparing complex cases for trial in Illinois and across the country.

Tony has obtained outstanding results for his clients through mediation and mandatory arbitration. Tony is also well versed in motion practice, depositions, mock trials and developing successful defense strategies. Recently, Tony acted as trial team lead for a medical malpractice trial in Los Angeles, California that had the likely potential exposure in the mid-eight figures. Tony was responsible for managing the work of our trial team, consulting with numerous experts, preparing our client for trial testimony, examinations of adverse witnesses and pre-trial motion practice.

Tony attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison on a full-tuition scholarship as an Evans Scholar. He went on to study law at Northern Illinois University. During his third year, Tony was named vice-chair of the Tort-Litigation Committee for the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. At the time, Tony was only law student to be appointed a chair position in the entire YLS program.
